Recommended Itinerary :
Day 1 :
The tourists arrive in New Delhi airport where they are received by our representative and driven to the hotel. They are checked in at the hotel. Sightseeing tour of the city starts later in the day covering the Lotus temple, QutubMinar and Humayun's Tomb.Dinner is served in the hotel after which the tourists retire for the night.
Day 2 :
In the morning, after breakfast, the tourists are taken on a tour of Old Delhi comprising of many historical places such as JamaMasjid, Red Fort, spice market and the old bazaars of ChandniChowk. The afternoon is spent visiting other locations such as LaxmiNarayan Temple, Raj Ghat, JantarMantar and Gandhi Smriti. The tourists are also driven through Lutyen's Delhi past the Parliament House, RashtrapatiBhawan and India Gate. At the end of the tour, the tourists return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 3 :
The tourists are driven to the capital city of Rajasthan, Jaipur. The city is 280 kilometres from Delhi and it takes about 5 hours to complete the journey. On arrival, they are checked in at the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 4 :
After breakfast, the city tour of the pink city commences. The tourists are taken to the ancient capital city of KachhawahaRajputs, Amber. The famous HawaMahal, JantarMantar astronomical observatory built by Maharaja Jai Singh II and City Palace and Apartment with its wide collection of arms, weapons, textiles, costumes and paintings are all covered in the tour. The tourists are free to do what they desire for the rest of the day. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5 :
The 167 kilometres drive from Jaipur to Ranthambore commences in the morning and takes about 4 hours. The tourists are accommodated in a wildlife resort. Ranthambore has a good population of tigers. In the afternoon, the tourists are taken on a jeep safari to spot tigers and other wildlife. The tourists stay overnight at the resort.
Day 6 :
Following breakfast, the tourists are again taken on a jeep safari for properly witnessing the flora and fauna of the national park. The tourists also visit the Ranthambore Fort built by a ChauhanRajput king. It is an UNESCO World Heritage Site. Overnight stay at the resort.
Day 7 :
In the morning, the tourists are driven to the city of Agra located at a distance of 296 kilometres. On arrival they are checked in the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 8 :
In the morning, the tourists visit TajMahal, the famous monument built by the Mughal king Shah Jahan. The tourists also visit the Agra Fort with its residential palaces, halls and well manicured gardens. Finally, the tourists proceed towards Delhi airport in private vehicles for the onward journey home.
